If it doesn’t fit or isn’t right, send it back within 30 days of delivery. Runs are capped and never restocked, so request exchanges early.

Get your label
We reply with an RMA number and a prepaid label within one business day.

Pack it up
Original packaging, tags attached, garment unworn and unwashed. Write the RMA on the outside.

Refund or swap
Once inspected, refunds are issued within 3 business days; exchanges ship the same day, subject to stock.

Refund timings
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of inspection. Your bank may take a further 2–5 days to post it. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to a fault on our side.
Faulty items
Beyond the 30-day window, we repair blown seams and failed hardware at cost for two years from purchase, shipping included. Email photos and your order number to start a repair.
